Cameron Blackburn, whose sister Katie attends SNAPS, has raised £123.00 by cycling 100 miles in May for SNAPS. He has completed this challenge as part of his Duke of Edinburgh award.
Cameron is currently in Year 10 at the Queen Elizabeth Grammar school in Wakefield and is doing the bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. To help achieve this, Cameron decided to use his love of biking and his sister Katie to fundraise for SNAPS. Cameron says, “SNAPS is somewhere she simply plays with friends she has made and does various activities. Katie has 18p-syndrome a rare chromosome abnormality giving her complex special needs and SNAPS is a place she looks forward to going”.
Please join us in thanking Cameron and we extend a huge well done to this tremendous young man and his inspirational sister Katie.
