Tis the season for goodwill, and we have some wonderfully exciting ways in which you can spread Christmas cheer by supporting SNAPS! From personalised letters from Santa for the children in your life to saving time by sending a virtual card, fun festive fundraisers to presents for the person who has everything, we have Christmas covered!

Letter from Santa

Bring the magic of Christmas to life for your child or grandchild with a personalised letter from Santa! For a suggested donation of £3, we will send a letter to them in the post which will bring a smile to their faces.

Special thanks go to the elves at Irwin Mitchell who are helping Santa send out the letters!

Don’t Send Me A Card!

Don’t fancy spending hours writing cards this Christmas? Save time, save paper and donate what you would have spent on cards to SNAPS by sending an e-card instead!

Christmas Scratchcards

A super easy and fun way of raising some funds for SNAPS this Christmas! Ask your family, friends, colleagues, book club or sports team to guess how many presents Santa has in his bag in exchange for a donation of £1. Then once all of the squares are full, scratch off the answer – the winner gets £20 and the other £20 goes to SNAPS services! Simply email Eve on eve@snapsyorkshire.org to order yours, or pick one up at a SNAPS Saturday session.

Sponsor A Session

Give the gift of a physiotherapy session for a child this Christmas! If you’re struggling to think of the perfect present, or if your special someone would prefer a donation over gifts, then sponsoring a session is the perfect solution.

Just £40 helps us to provide vital hydrotherapy and rebound therapy (trampolining) sessions to aid a child’s physical development and build their confidence. The recipient of your charitable gift will even receive a card made by the children at SNAPS to let them know you’ve sponsored a session in their name.

Festive Fundraisers

Two perfect ideas for fundraising over Christmas in an office or your child’s school, whilst bringing a bit of Christmas sparkle:

  • Festive themed bake sale: ask your colleagues or fellow parents to make some festive treats and sell them in aid of SNAPS. Raising £40 would be enough to sponsor a SNAPS session!
  • Dress Down Day: in exchange for a donation your co-workers or classmates can wear their comfiest, cosiest clothes, or don a Christmas jumper!
