Greg Limb (Treasurer)

Greg is Treasurer Trustee at SNAPS and was born and raised in Leeds, but now lives in Harrogate with his wife Judith. Greg has worked as tax adviser for over thirty five years and splits his working time between Leeds and London. He travels extensively in his role. Greg and Judith are parents to three adult children and enjoying the joy little ones again with their two grandchildren who were born 10 weeks apart.

In his spare time Greg is a keen runner and enjoys time outdoors and travel. He is also a long suffering and passionate Leeds United season ticket holder.

Serina Dale

Serina became a Trustee at SNAPS in 2025. She lives in Drighlington and has been married to Kevin for twenty years. Both her adopted children have additional needs and keep her busy and challenged. She and her children have been coming to SNAPS for five years and she enjoys socialising with other like minded adults while her children enjoy the activities – particularly the arts and crafts.

Serina is also a Girl Guide volunteer who is a qualified leader as well as being safeguarding and DBS trained.

Victoria Harris

Victoria works as a Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell, specialising in medical negligence claims. She represents patients who have had a poor experience with medical treatment. Victoria has been a Trustee at SNAPS for seven years and attends our sites regularly to offer pro bono legal clinics and Boccia sessions.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Victoria worked as a swimming teacher and lifesaving coach which
she did alongside her legal studies.

She lives in Leeds with her husband Jake and enjoys squash and netball.

Lora Bedford

Lora is currently a stay at home mum and carer to her nine year old son Phoenix who has quadriplegia, cerebral palsy and autism. She also looks after her three year old daughter. Her busy schedule currently centres on caring for her two children and helping them live life to the full.

Previously, Lora obtained a degree in Education Studies working in schools and childcare settings. She has significant experience working with children aged six months to eleven years old.

In her free time Lora enjoys cinema, diamond art, family days out and sometimes just relaxing with a cup of tea and something sweet!

Tom Wake

Tom had a long career with BT as an IT project manager and technology consultant working with operator services and consumer product strategy.

He had a parallel career in the Royal Naval Reserve as a communications specialist before finishing his service as executive officer of HMS Sherwood. After leaving BT he expanded an interest in autism and asperger syndrome through a master’s degree and became a mentor for autistic and ADHD university students.

Tom has been a SNAPS Trustee since 2021 and is also a Trustee for his local scout group. He lives in Leeds with his wife Val and sings 2nd Tenor in Leeds Male Voice Choir.

Roberta Gamba

Roberta is a single mum of a twelve year old autistic daughter, living and working in London. Roberta has a Ph.D. in Computational Methods Applied to Finance from the University of Bergamo (Italy). Over the past 25 years, Roberta has worked in New York and in London in the financial industry managing multi-asset portfolios for charities, endowments, foundations and family offices.

Roberta is SEN Governor in a public school in south-west London and has been involved over the last five years with Pilotlight – a charity supporting other charities with issues they might face. Roberta is a keen hiker and runner.

Hannah Naylor

Hannah is a qualified primary school teacher and has worked in both the state and private sector. Currently, she is working out of the classroom as a home tutor.

The family’s relationship with SNAPS began in 2022 when their daughter started attending therapy sessions at Penny Field – one of the highlights of her week!

Hannah lives in East Keswick, is married to Jason and has three children.

Ross McWilliams (Vice Chair)

Ross is a Partner in the medical negligence department at Irwin Mitchell solicitors in Leeds. His work regularly brings him into contact with children with additional needs and their families and he has signposted his clients to SNAPS for over 10 years.

Ross served as a Trustee from 2016 to 2024 and currently acts as an advisor to the Board. He also attends our sites regularly to offer pro bono legal clinics and Boccia sessions.

Sunjay Chauhan

Sunjay has been in the Financial Services industry for fifteen years after serving twenty years in
the Sales Vertical. More recently he has concentrated on being a mortgage broker in Leeds – a city he loves. He is a Trustee for two children’s charities.

Sunjay is married to Chrissie and they love long walks with their dog Tiger, along with holidays discovering different cultures and food. He is also a keen runner.

Shelley Sheridan

Shelley is a parent carer to three autistic young people with other additional needs. She is also autistic and has ADHD, which gives her a unique perspective.

Shelley has many years of experience volunteering with youth organisations and schools. She leads the older kids club at SNAPS and has been a Trustee since 2022. Shelley also runs independent support groups – one for parent carers and another for neurodivergent adults.

In her spare time she enjoys theatre, arts and crafts, and spending time with family and friends – especially at the beach when the sun is shining.
