Family Support
SNAPS provides support to parents and carers of children with additional needs. We do this through:
- Providing opportunities for families to meet others in similar situations to themselves
- Information and support on site
- Telephone support
- Family and holiday activities
- Signposting and referrals to other services
- Talking therapy for parents and carers who are already accessing our services
We advertise all family and holiday activities on our website and Facebook pages.
