Helpful information on completing a new claim for DLA – This video that has been produced by Carers Leeds and Irwin Mitchell on how to complete a DLA form. It takes people through how to complete a new claim form or renewal to ensure the best possible information is submitted to maximise chances of a successful claim.

You don’t have to be a woman or have to have daughters to find the really clear and easily accessible in formation they share relevant. They offer well researched and up to date information and terminology and cover a wide range of topics.
