Helpful information on completing a new claim for DLA – This video that has been produced by Carers Leeds and Irwin Mitchell on how to complete a DLA form. It takes people through how to complete a new claim form or renewal to ensure the best possible information is submitted to maximise chances of a successful claim. 

The regular parents and carers meet ups we currently offer are as follows:

1st Tuesday of every month 10.30-12.00 – Roundhay Walk and Talk – Lakeside Café/Car Park, Roundhay FREE 

1st Thursday of every month 10.30-12.00 – Middleton Parent and Carer Group – Tenants Hall, Middleton FREE 

2nd Tuesday of the month 18.30-19.30 – Online Parents and Carers Group FREE 

3rd Tuesday of every month 10.30-12.00 – Middleton Walk and Talk – Visitors Centre, Middleton Park FREE 

4th Tuesday of every month 10.30-12.00 – Oakwood Parents and Carers Group – Oakwood Church Rooms FREE 

Quarterly Wellbeing Days – TBC FREE
